Refund Eligibility
Time Limits
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase
- Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, regardless of usage
Subscription Refunds
Subscription refunds are calculated based on actual usage:
Calculation Method:
- Refund = (Subscription Price) × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Monthly Credits)
- Only unused subscription credits count toward refunds
- If you've used more than 50% of your monthly credits, no refund is available
Example:
- Starter Plan: $9.99/month for 12,500 credits
- Used: 2,500 credits (20% usage)
- Refund: $9.99 × (10,000 ÷ 12,500) = $7.99
Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit pack purchases are refundable under these conditions:
- Unused Credits: Full refund for completely unused credit packs within 7 days
- Partially Used: Prorated refund based on unused credits
- Fully Used: No refund available
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription credits that have been used
- Credits used for AI model interactions
- Credits used for web search, reasoning, or other premium features
- Service fees or transaction costs
- Requests made after the 7-day window
Subscription Cancellation
Immediate Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to unused subscription credits until the period ends
Mid-Cycle Cancellation with Refund
- Refund requests for mid-cycle cancellations must be made within 7 days
- Calculated based on unused credits as outlined above
- Processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

- Processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method

Abuse Prevention
To maintain fair pricing for all users, we monitor for refund abuse:
- Pattern Monitoring: Multiple refund requests may result in account review
- Usage Analysis: High usage followed by refund requests will be flagged
- Account Restrictions: Abuse may result in refund restrictions or account suspension

Chargeback Policy
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- Access to services will be restored only after dispute resolution

- We may offer service credits or refunds at our discretion
- Credits will be applied automatically to affected accounts
- Major outages may qualify for prorated refunds regardless of usage
Account Termination
If we terminate your account for policy violations:
- No refunds will be provided for any unused credits or subscription time
- All purchases are forfeited upon termination for cause
Payment Method Changes

- Declined payments don't qualify for refunds
